Since 2018 in our lab we are dealing with the application of FIA flow injection analysis combined to multichannel electrochemical detection to antioxidant evaluation. Development of this original metod of antioxidant evaluation is results of our 20 years experience of electrochemical detection in HPLC. FIA-ECD seems to be the most effective way of antioxidant evaluatin within a hundreds of samples of extract of food, leaves, bark, herbs. very interensting seems to be application of antioxidant evaluation of urine as a tool for better understanding of human health.
